It was a great honor for me to be present today as the South Carolina State Board of Education recognized Lugoff- Elgin High School teacher Holly Sullivan as one of our state’s nominees for the Presidential Award for Excellence in Mathematics and Science Teaching (PAEMST). Holly is not only an outstanding teacher, she is a leader and role model for other teachers in our District, region, and throughout the state. A richly deserved honor!!!
