The public is certainly very welcome to attend School Board meetings, which are held on the first and third Tuesdays of each month at 6:00 p.m. However, for folks who can’t come but want to keep up with what’s going on, The Chronicle-Independent, the Kershaw County Current, The Black News, and radio station WPUB do a great job of covering the meetings. In addition, I do a podcast on the most recent meeting as quickly as possible after the meeting. We’re very open to suggestions as to how to make these podcasts more useful to the public.
